Asia and the Pacific Youth Virtual Challenge 2024

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) proudly presents a virtual nuclear science and technology competition where you can unleash your creativity and engineering skills to design and build virtual structures within the Minecraft Education environment. The competition focuses on applying innovative nuclear techniques and applications to address UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Students will be challenged to create and present their creation according to the chosen theme which are specifically designed to align with key IAEA strategic initiatives and promote sustainable application of nuclear science that directly contribute to nine UN SDGs. The competition is open to participation from Asia and the Pacific region, and divided into 2 categories: 1) High School Category 2) University Student Category In a team of minimum of two to maximum of 4, participants will create a game recording video according to the Theme Challenge.
